Yes, we cooperate with all real estate professionals if your property is on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Often, agents from other offices frequently show and sell Ameridream Realty Services listings.

MAY A BUYER CONTACT ME DIRECTLY AFTER A REALTOR SHOWS MY HOME TO THEM?
Yes, however, you will still be obligated to pay a selling commission to the realtor company who showed the home.

In reality, if an agent from a real estate firm other than Ameridream Realty Services, Inc. wants to show your home because it is perfect for their client, they will generally contact us first to find out if you are willing to offer a coop (Commission). If they contact you first, you will direct them to contact your Ameridream Realty Services Real Estate consultant who will work out an agreement between you and the other agent that will define just how much they will earn as their commission. If your home is listed in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) then you are legally bound to pay the real estate commission defined and agreed in the listing agreement.

Yes!!!! Our office provides full service for buyers as well as sellers. In addition, to our own fine selection of homes, we can also assist buyers in viewing homes for sale in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and sometimes new homes offered by local builders. The best part for buyers is that they get this professional assistance at no cost.

Your home will be on the MLS between twenty four and forty eight hours of receipt and acceptance of the listing agreement and the other documentation provided by you to the central office. All the information will be transferred to realtor.com and other sites when the local MLS sends them data, which in many cases is once a week around Wednesday.

WILL MY LISTING LOOK THE SAME AS THOSE WHO HAVE AGREED TO PAY MORE COMMISSION?
Yes, your listing will look the same as a full listing commission from the viewpoint of the MLS service.

HOW MUCH COMMISSION DO I HAVE TO PAY?
Unlike most real estate professionals, Ameridream Realty Services, Inc does not charge a fixed commission to list your home. We discuss and decide how much you want to participate in the sale of your home, how fast or not you want to sell and what services you will need most, and then we agreed in writing a percentage.

WE WORK ALL DAY, HOW CAN OUR HOME BE SHOWN? Fortunately, the people buying homes also work all day, (with few exceptions) and can preview a home in the evenings or in the weekend. Generally, we schedule the buyer and realtor with you. However, in the event the buyer can not wait for this, you choose to let us show your home.

HOW CAN BE SHOWN A VACANT HOME?
We either shows it personally to a prospective buyer or with your written authorization on the original agreement install an electronic, number or letter lock box, so agents can show your vacant home without us to be present.
